He found all the problems that my poor hot tub was having, and promptly fixed everything. He found where the leak was coming from and fixed that too. Now my hot tub is back to normal. YAY!!!! I called Neptune and they actually answered their phone. They came out promptly the next day and replaced the chlorinator. They also checked out the rest of my pool equipment to make sure it was working properly. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very affordable.
